Microsoft Excel Duplicate Finder

Microsoft Excel Duplicate Finder add-in for Microsoft Excel can quickly and easily find duplicates based on entries in multiple cells. And, it can easily handle over 65,000 rows.  The Duplicate Finder is totally menu drive and very fast.  Once all the duplicates are found, their rows are selected. This allows you to delete the duplicates by selecting Edit, Delete. The Duplicate Finder is feature rich and easy to use.

The Duplicate Finder™ can do the following:

When you use to find duplicates, you are prompted to supply first a range one column wide, which contains the cells in all the rows to be checked:

If you wish to include data in additional columns, you simply reply yes to the following question and specify the columns:

Once the Duplicate Finder™ has all the information, it confirms that you want to do the search, and then displays a list of status messages while the search is done.  Once completed, all the duplicates  and their rows are selected.  You can then:

color code them for ease of examination

or select Edit, Delete, Entire Row and delete the duplicates.  

Or, you can copy the duplicates via Edit, Copy, and then paste into another worksheet.  Only the duplicates are copied.
