Link Object

Hi,
I have one word document, and in there I want to create a link. For example, I have file name in my work document View Data , if I click on that, then I want to open that excel file.
I can create a simple link. but the problem is when I have to send that file to other people then, they cannot open that excel file, becasue they don t have that on there hard drive.

So is there any way, that I can attached that file as a hidden in that word document. and create a reference to that file. So when ever I send that word documnet, Excel file is already in there, and every body can open that up with link or some thing.

Please help me with this problem.

Never mind, I got it. Click Insert and then Object. This way I can get the file in there, or I have a option to link file as well.
