advertising come up when you open URL

Lately, when I open webpage there's some kind of advertise pop up.
Could someone tell me how they did it?

Creating pop-ups, like a lot of web development tools, can be found on the internet by searching for something like "creating pop-ups" in your search engine.

Your RealPlayer question is the same way. Have you tried searching the net?
