Hello,
I read some things here about the normal.dot template. After updating my windows XP and office XP I cannot open word documents I made prior to these updates. When I delete normal.dot I can open word, but when I open one of the documents it immediately crashes again. So it seems something is wrong with the normal.dot even when a brand new one is made by word (??)
