View Full Version : Automatic addresses in Word from Outlook

When in Word and trying to generate an envelop or enter an address from my Outlook Contacts file, I click the envelop/Label icon on the toolbar, choose the address book, find the contact and click enter.
Word only brings in 3 of the 4 address lines. Usually it ignores the Company line. Any clue on correcting this?

In outlook add the Company name to the address area
A Company
123 any road
any town
any where
This will then be included in the address under the name of the person

Thanks for the thought but I have 3700 contacts. Maybe I can do an export, then a merger to CSV, Delete all contacts and reimport.
But it seems that is Outlook is to be a Business Driven product they should fill in the Business name when rpinting envelops.

Not sure about this but look at what you have the address set as is it Home add or business add? it might make the difference
