Mail Merge Spell Check

Hope someone can help!!! After performing a mail merge using an excel spredsheet, I noticed that spell check does not catch any errors in the address. Spell check does catch erros in the body of the letter.

Does anyone know what I am missing

If the body of the letter is typed in and not part of the mail merge then it will be picked up to spell check the merge area run the spell check on the database the merge is attatched to
