Format

I know this is elementary, but can someone help me to figure out how to delete the 'automatic' format feature in my typing. This is annoying when setting up a new document.

I would like to be able to insert my own paragraph/sentence indents without the system doing it for me. This would include inserting my ouwn sub-paragraph indenting also.

Under the Tools menu there are two selections: AutoCorrect and AutoText (menus differ slightly depending on your version). Disable both. You can check both topics in the Help menu for more info.
