layers in word

Hello all

I have created a form in word, and would like to know how I can protect my form from other users changing the layout, and just allow them to change the sections where I require data.

Is this possible?

If so, how???

Hi Doug.

In order for your form to be useable, it must be protected. Go to Tools - Protection and choose forms.

You must insert section breaks before and after the areas where you want users to insert data. When you protect the document, do not protect the sections where data will be inserted.
