Receiving Completely Blank E-mails

I am receiving completely blank e-mails into my Inbox. These messages have absolutlely no properties. Does anyone know what may be causing this?

As an addendum, this seems to only occur when we send an attachment. Also, we have two e-mail accounts on this Outlook Express, and only one account appears to be having this problem. I am contacting the e-mail host now, but if anyone else has other ideas please call.
