what programe do u use to make a website

hi there. i am interested in making my own webpage, i am a gamaholic and would like to make a gamming website. i would like to know what programms would be most suitable for this. i already have dreamweaver but not sure what programm i actually need.

I would start by looking at Microsoft Office Live. There is a free one; $20 & a $39 a mouth....i love mine lewis
