Setting up Outlook Express with 2 Email Accounts

I would like to set up a laptop running Outlook Express such that 1 users has access to 2 different email accounts (work and personal). Is this possible and how would one do this. I know how to set the first account up but am not sure how to add the second for the same person or same XP logon identity. thanks
