Problems

Hi guys and gals

Need some advice.

Ive got outlook express on my laptop and when i opened it up the other day, all my sub folders seemed to have disappeared, loosing some important emails. Ive tried lookingfor them and seem to be struggling. Any idea's what ive done?

Ive not deleted them, nothing in the recycle bin. When i look in tools, options and maintenance, then click on store folder, it comes up with where they are, which is on the c drive.

Ive gone onto windows explorer and search the c drive, i can find them, just can't do anything with them.

Please help !!!

You may have already tried this but it's worth a shot if you haven't.

Do you have a + in front of local folders? if so then click on the +

If this doesn't do it then what happens when you follow the path for store folder (don't forget the path is longer than shown, click on the path and use your right arrow on the keyboard to see all of it).
