I have been going crazy getting used to the new MS Office Interface (Ribbons instead of Toolbars). While searching for help on this, I found these sites which give some really useful help with making the changeover:
Powerpoint: http://office.microsoft.com/en-us/powerpoint/HA100666231033.aspx
Excel: http://office.microsoft.com/en-us/excel/HA100860481033.aspx
Word: http://office.microsoft.com/en-us/word/HA100625841033.aspx
When you get to each page. look for the link to "Ribbon mapping workbook".
You can then open the file, and save it wherever you want.

ps 'Freeze' the top few lines on the first page to keep the header rows on hte page.
