Using journal to track changes to word document

Never used this feature. When trying to set it up it gives me a list of contacts to track but doesn't give me an option to choose from internal employees. Only those in my contact list. Has anyone used this feature to track meetings and changes ?

I don't believe there is a method using the normal Outlook options. However you can try one of the following:

1) Drag items you want to track to the journal.
2) Add desired global address entries to the Contacts folder.

I will research this further. I'm sure I can come up w/ a better answer but hopefully these options may help until I do.
