I'm getting this error message when trying to access internet options through the tools menue... My homepage is also 'locked' as to where I can't change it (hasn't changed or been hijacked...) Oddly enough I'm also getting a message through Norton that my message was rejected by my ISP (although I'm not sending messages and my virus scans are clear) Any ideas?
