copying excel screen shots to a word doc

I have done this before but have forgotten how to do it. I am writing a training piece on excel and want to include my screen shots in my word doc. How do you do it?

You COULD use Alt-Print screen to get a Windows screenshot.

Then again, you could go download this terrific little program called SnagIt that will do the same, but give you much more control. Also, when you hit the Alt button, menus and such that you want to show in your screen shot don t disappear! There s a free trial. Perhaps that ll get you through your project. It s the ONLY real product I *advertise* on my site--and I wouldn t accept money from them to advertise it even if they offered. It s just a terrific little product.
